Warner Fall Foliage Festival October 11 & 12

Hello everyone
We are going to be at the Warner Fall Foliage festival in Warner NH on Sat Oct. 11 and Sun October 12. This is a great fall event for the whole family. There is something to do for everyone.
They have rides and games for the kids, great food, and wonderful vendors. Downtown Warner really comes alive for this festival.
To get there Exit 8 off I -89 head towards downtown Warner and you cant miss it, find a place to park and enjoy the day. You can even take a ride to Mount Kearsarge a 2937 foot (895 m) mountain with great views of the foliage just a 2 minute drive from downtown. You can take a short hike to the top or just drive most of the way to enjoy the scenery.

Malori and I have alot of new work that we are bringing to Warner. I have spent a couple days this week making glass in the studio that I rent time from in Putney VT. New hanging ornaments Cobalt blue vases and this new orange and dark red color combo that I am working with.
Malori has been working on jewelry pieces as well as her new painted canvases and matted prints. Alot to check out so dont miss it!

Artists! market your work! Artworks NH Artist Exchange event

Today Malori and I participated in the 6th Annual Artis Exchange at the Currier Museum of Art.
Let me tell you a little about it ...
What is one of the most difficult thing for an artist to do? Some would say marketing their work.
It is not like you are marketing a set of kitchen knives! You are out there trying to market your work, an extension of yourself. This is very tough for many artists. That is exactly why Micro Credit NH put on this Artists Exchange, this is the 6th Annual. A whole day event with great speakers expanding on ways for artists to overcome these obstacles. These events are very beneficial to anyone involved in arts businesses. Anderstall Artworks was lucky enough to be the focus of a case study with a great panel of people involved with marketing and the arts businesses in the state. This panel discussed our business and how we can increase our strength in the market. We are very grateful for this opportunity and hope many other artists in the future take advantage of this great program. I encourage you to participate in these events. check them out at www.microcreditnh.org/artworksnh
